Andalusia's state and regionally accredited school system is composed of one elementary school, one middle school, and one high school. These schools provide a quality, seamless educational opportunity for the system's 1,700 students. The Andalusia City School System has a long standing tradition of excellence and is annually recognized as a system where performance exceeds expectations based upon established demographics. Our system is accredited by the Alabama Department of Education and the Southern Association of Schools & Colleges.

LBW Community College
Lurleen B. Wallace Community College is a public, two-year institution in the Alabama College System under the governance of the Alabama State Board of Education. The College offers career-oriented certificates and associate degrees, as well as university transfer courses and associate degrees. In addition, the College provides specialized training for business and industry, non-credit and continuing education, adult education and community services to the residents of its service area.
