Human Resources

The Human Resources Division is responsible for administering the City’s Human Resource System. The Division develops and distributes policies and supervises adherence to policies, ensures compliance with federal and state laws and guidelines and maintains official personnel records. The Division also maintains job descriptions, classification plan, pay plan, and safety programs.
