About Planning and Development

The mission of the Planning and Development department is to support Andalusia’s motto,  “A proud heritage; A progressive future” by providing growth for its citizens.  We strive to attain superior customer service in matters relating to revitalization of current buildings and new development.  By doing this, we will ensure the beautification enhancement of our community.

We constantly strive to ensure that building codes for both commercial and residential structures are met; thus ensuring the safety of each and every resident.

Planning and Development is made up of the following:

• Maintenance
• GIS/Mapping
