All jobs must be permitted before actual work is started.
If you would like to fill out a permit application before purchasing your permit, please click on the following link. You will need to print out this permit application and fill it out completely. You may either mail it or fax it to City Hall, or you may bring it to City Hall at the time you wish to purchase the permit.
