As Mayor of the City of Andalusia, I am delighted to welcome you to our official website. Citizens shop on the Internet, plan their vacations, make long distance calls, do their banking and find jobs on it. Now, they can interact with their local government on it. Our citizens have grown accustomed to using the Internet for almost everything, so we decided to employ this wonderful technology to improve City services and streamline operations.
