Planning Commission
The Planning Commission was created July 11, 1947. All zoning changes must originate with this commission. Once a request is made, the commission makes a ruling. If approved the request goes to the council for approval. If the commission declines the request, the petitioner may then go to the Board of Adjustments to appeal the commission's decision.
